Sellers on Momint were manually editing the price of each NFT one at a time. With ERC1155 smart contracts — where a single user can own multiple editions of the same NFT — this was slow, frustrating, and killing sell-through rates.

No other marketplace in the world was selling ERC1155 tokens at the time, so there was no existing pattern to reference.

Product Manager and Design Lead. I defined the problem, led the design sprint, and owned developer handover.

ERC1155 contracts are fundamentally different from standard ERC721 NFTs. One contract can represent multiple editions, and users needed to price each edition independently or in bulk. We also had a liquidity pool feature — "Cash Out" — that allowed users to sell NFTs back to Momint directly. This needed to live within the same flow.

A dedicated Edit Pricing page giving sellers a clear overview of all their NFTs, their current prices, and edition quantities — with the ability to select and update multiple prices simultaneously. The Cash Out feature was integrated as a secondary action within the same interface, keeping the experience unified.

Standard UX principles were applied rigorously given the lack of competitive reference points. Clarity and control were the two design pillars.

Wireframes designed and iterated in-house. A detailed technical specification — covering smart contract dependencies, edge cases, and design rationale — was packaged and handed to engineering before build.

The feature was well received. Sellers could manage their listings in a fraction of the time, and the number of NFTs actively listed for sale on the marketplace increased following launch.
