Businesses wanted to launch NFT projects but had no centralised tool to manage them. They were stitching together multiple platforms, relying on technical support for basic tasks, and losing time and confidence in the process.

The brief: build a self-serve dashboard that made NFT project management accessible to non-technical business owners.

Product Manager and Design Lead. I owned the full process from research through to developer handover.

User interviews with business owners revealed a consistent frustration — not with NFT technology itself, but with the operational overhead of managing it. Affinity mapping sessions surfaced a clear feature set:

Create, edit and publish projects — Draft, private, whitelisted, or live states. Custom NFT metadata, artwork updates, pricing, royalty splits, usage rights, and unlockable content. Billing and account management. Project search and overview. Live preview before publishing.

A clean, self-serve project management dashboard built around two core modules — a project management tool and a performance analytics view (phased for a later release). The interface was designed to abstract blockchain complexity entirely, so users could focus on their project rather than the technology underneath it.

Accessibility for non-technical users was a hard requirement, not an afterthought. Every interaction was pressure-tested against a user with no NFT experience.

MVP scoped tightly to the affinity mapping outputs. Wireframes iterated in-house before moving to high-fidelity designs. Full handover package — design files, decision rationale, dependencies, and constraints — delivered to engineering before build began.

The dashboard accelerated vendor onboarding by 70%, directly driving revenue. Non-technical business owners could create, manage, and publish NFT projects independently for the first time.
